Hot water boilers EKO–CKS Multi Plus with nominal power output 170 – 580 kW are designed for burning with wood chip and wood pellets. The boilers can be installed in closed and open central heating systems in medium and large facilities. Automatic operation of the boiler provides the user with an enviable comfort and makes the systems suitable for a wide application.
The boilers have an incorporated moveable grate for fuel burning, a lambda probe, an automatic fuel feeding system, automatic ignition, thermal protection, automatic ash extraction from the combustion chamber, cyclone to extricate particles out of the flue gases and boiler return flow protection. They are recognizable by the juncture of modern technologies and high – quality construction materials, the simple installation and use. Proven technical solutions make these boilers safe and reliable in operation.

CHARACTERISTICS OF EKO-CKS Multi Plus BOILERS:

• Boiler class 5.
• For wood chip burning with class P16A/16B-P45A,M35 ( G30 – G50 , W35 ) and wood pellets class ENplus A1 and A2.
• For the installation in closed and open central heating systems after changing the type, dimension and moisture content of fuel it is needed to make the correction in operation setting, possible parameter presetting for individual fuel types.
• Needed tension 380/400 V
• Boiler must be connected to the buffer tank (min. 12lit/kW, max. working temp. 95°C) or hydraulic crossover (max. working temp. 80°C).
• The boilers are equipped with:

– A digital boiler control unit with a touch screen which steers the boiler operation, the fuel supply conveyer with the possibility to control up to two additional fuel conveyers and the mixer inside the fuel storage.
– Fuel burning moveable grate. .
– Lambda probe.
– Automatic fuel supply into the burner by help of a screw conveyer, automatic ignition and automatic ash extraction.
– Flue gas extraction fan and cyclone for flue gas particles extrication.
– Flue gas tube turbulators, thermal protection against overheating, protection against backfire into the fuel storage (backfilling sensor, flap).l

Obligatory equipment:
– connecting fuel conveyer.
– boiler return flow protection

Additional equipment:
– Automatic pneumatic cleaning of flue gas tubes
– Fuel storage : wood chip with mixer and conveyor / wood pellets with conveyor
– CM2K (module for steering 2 heating circuits by help of outer temperature, max. 4 x CM2K), CMNET (cascade manager), CAL (light and sound alarm), CMGSM (alarm message and boiler start/stop by SMS).
– System for monitoring the boiler operation via PC, tablet or mobile phone

•  Separately delivery of: boiler body, cyclone with fan, boxes for automatic ash extraction,  boiler mantle with thermal insulation, electric cabinet with digital boiler regulation and cleaning accessories which enables easy transport, installation into the boiler room and lowers the risk of damages.
• The boiler is manufactured in accordance with the European norm EN 303-5:2012.
